Southeast Missouri Food Bank has 140-member agencies, including pantries, soup kitchens and shelters across the 16 counties we serve. People needing food assistance should visit the pantry or soup kitchen closest to their home in the county they live. When visiting a pantry, please bring your photo ID or a document that confirms proof of residence, such as a utility bill or bank statement. You are limited to one visit per month. Some programs may have income guidelines to qualify.
